Jude Bellingham heads winner as England beat Serbia 1-0 to earn three points on opening day. At the Arena Aufschalke in Gelsenkirchen, it was a Euro 2024 football Group C match between the Serbs and the Three Lions.

After 13 minutes of play, the Three Lions took a 1-0 lead. Trent Alexander-Arnold crossed from the right, Bukayo Saka scooped up the ball, which deflected into the penalty area, where Jude Bellingham headed it into the net.UFABET

The Serbian generals continued to push the game higher, relying on both wing and center penetration. But the final moments were still lacking, unable to find a clear finishing opportunity.

The game entered the 77th minute, the Three Lions missed the chance to extend the lead. Substitute Jarrod Bowen moved up the right before lifting to the far post. Harry Kane headed the ball with his fingertips. Predrag Rajkovic swatted the ball against the crossbar and bounced out.

Then in the 82nd minute, Serbia had another chance. Dushan Vlahovic took the second row and immediately shot with his left foot. But Jordan Pickford swatted the ball over the bar.
